Martin D35 Vintage 1968 Brazilian Rosewood Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar w/ case
You are viewing a very clean 1968 Martin D35 Brazilian Rosewood Dreadnought Guitar. The sale will include the guitar and archtop acoustic case. S/N 230xxx This guitar plays good and sounds great with extremely straight grained Brazilian rosewood. The tone is punchy and loud with lots of high end clarity. The guitar has been played over the years but not abused. It has some light dings and weather checking on the soundboard, the back of the body has some very light buckle rash, the guitar has been re-fretted in it's lifetime, the frets show light signs of pitting on the first 4 frets, the bridge has some slight lifting along the back edge in 2-3 placing.( I can slide a piece of notebook paper approx 1/32" in 2-3 places. The bridge is structurally firm.) There is a light finish bubble next to the high E string machine head post. The action is 7/16th's at the 12 fret bass side and 6/16th's on the treble side. The pickguard is a replacement pickguard. The neck strap is a wood screw. No cracks or repairs just honest player wear.
